For returning patients we prefer you to schedule your appointments through Patient Fusion. Additionally you may also call us to schedule a new appointment.

Returning Patients 

Patient Fusion is an online platform at allows you to directly communicate with Dr. Rodriguez (non emergency inquires), easily schedule new appointments, view your labs and imaging, and more. After your first appointment with us, we will email you an invitation along with instructions to join Patient Fusion and connect with Dr Rodriguez.
